privacy + terms

the legal pages are being finished. for now, the short version is the whole version:

• If you sign up for a freebie or the Friday Answer, I keep your email address and, if you type it, your first name. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• This site sets no advertising cookies and loads nothing from a third party. It remembers your light or dark theme in your own browser, and that never reaches me.
• Some links on the tools page are affiliate links and are tagged as such.

Questions, or want something deleted? For now, email me through the envelope in the footer. The full privacy policy and terms of use will live on this page once they are reviewed.
